This closed event is a second half-day technical workshop in Brussels dedicated to the alignment between the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and Japan’s JC-STAR framework.
It is co-organised by the EU-funded projects INSTAR and CYBERSTAND.eu, with the participation of Japanese experts from the Japan Business Council of Europe (JBCE), Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA).
During the workshop, participants will begin the work of mapping, discussing and comparing CRA and JC-STAR standards and requirements.
The session is intended as the starting point for this technical alignment exercise, with METI bringing the initial material and inviting feedback from European counterparts.
